As a sole practitioner, I value your time and my own. Each appointment at Wairua Naturopathic Health is thoughtfully prepared to support your unique health journey, and late cancellations or missed appointments can impact others waiting for care.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your Initial Consultation, Follow-Up, or Check-In appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

This allows me to offer your spot to someone on my waiting list.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full consultation fee.

I understand that life can be unpredictable, so please reach out as soon as possible if something comes up. Your understanding helps keep the clinic running smoothly and fairly for everyone.
